ILLNESS

Please DO NOT bring your child to class if they are unwell. If your child has an extended illness or injury, please notify the centre as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for future classes.

MISSED CLASSES

	Make up classes are available only if your child misses their scheduled class due to illness. Due to the demand for make up positions they are not available for social arrangements.
	Make up classes must be booked in advance and as close as possible to the missed class.
	If you book a make up class and cannot attend please phone to cancel it. Failure to cancel will deemed that you attended the class.
	Make up classes must be taken within the duration of the enrolled term.

CLASS CHANGES

Subject to availability, you are welcome to change you class time and day. This can sometimes occur when your child may change sleep pattern.

CREDIT OF CLASSES/REFUNDS

	No credit of missed classes can be carried forward to the following term.
	Cancellations once the term has commenced will be charged a $20 administration fee.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

	Please remain in the waiting area until your calls you into the hall for the start of your lesson.
	For the safety of your child, please do not allow them to return to the equipment at the end of the lesson.
	Strictly NO FOOD is to be consumed in the hall. Some children have food intolerances and this can be hazardous.
	Any toys or small equipment that has been sucked or mouthed will need to be washed. Please give the item to a staff member so it can we washed ASAP. Spills on the equipment must be reported to a staff member for cleaning.

BEHAVIOURAL CONCERNS

	Please discuss any difficulties you are having with your child at mat time of the equipment. It can take 3 to 4 weeks for children to settle into a routine at mat time. We have strategies that may help you through this period.
	We welcome your discussion of any problems or concerns you may be having. Please feel free to ring the centre if you would prefer a private discussion. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

PARKING

	Plenty of street parking is available in both Richardson St and Kerferd Rd
	Please refrain from parking on the church grounds as staff, clergy and church administration need to get access at different time of the day.

SIBLINGS

We would prefer that you attend with your enrolled child only. If you have to bring a sibling, seat them in a stroller or adjacent to the mat. They are strictly NOT permitted on the equipment, as they are not covered by insurance, as well as being a disruption to the class.
